Unprofessional & Dishonest – Avoid This Dive Shop! During our trip to Balicasa with a group of eight, four of our friends had a terrible experience. We rented a GoPro from your shop, but the Balicasa intermediary demanded extra fees for it—something we never agreed to. After returning, we complained to your dive shop, but no one responded or resolved the issue. We demand a full refund for: 1. The GoPro rental(which we couldn’t even use). 2. The swimming ring (paid for but never provided). 3. The failed snorkeling trip (we didn’t even get to enter the water!). Worse, you promised to refund us for the GoPro and swimming ring but kept delaying, giving excuses every day. You also claimed you would "discuss the snorkeling fees with the intermediary," but we never received any updates. This is unacceptable customer service—dishonest, unprofessional, and irresponsible. We are extremely disappointed and will never return or recommend your shop to anyone. Avoid this place if you want a fair and enjoyable diving experience!
