Great hotel, have been coming here before the remodel and the name change, Friendly staffs, nice, spacious room, great and peaceful atmosphere, isolated from large crowds and overall offers great view, has a private dock that charter boats to nearby island

One of the worst hotels we’ve visited ever. From the outside and the pictures it looks all right. Everything else is just in decay. Broken tiles, leaking pond, pier in very bad state, moldy room, bad water pressure etc etc. The food also is very, very 4-star unworthy. We ordered a pizza to eat quick and even that was horrible. Also 0 information when you check in. And what makes it even worse that there is nothing to do close to the hotel. The hotel is pretty big and it seemed like that there were only 10 people max staying there. The hotel seems to have more staff (who just stand lined up staring at you eating in the breakfast room) than guests. Kind of a creepy atmosphere. I have no idea why this hotel would have this good a rating here. Save yourself and book another hotel. You’ve been warned😂
