Gili Pirates (Dive & BnB)

I stayed at this place for two weeks, and everything was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff deserve a 10/10 — polite, funny, light-hearted, and genuinely kind. Especially the young man named Rizal; the service was beyond excellent. The energy of the place was amazing, and everyone was always waiting for you to ask a question just so they could help. I highly recommend choosing this place.

We had a really great stay here. Everything was just perfect – the breakfast was very delicious, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere overall very pleasant. Even though we only stayed for one night, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Do not book it! Bed Bugs! We only read the reviews about Bed Bugs after we checked in, when the beds seemed suspicious to us. We found the classic signs of Bed bugs on the blanket and mattress. After reading the latest reviews, we didn't want to sleep there anymore. We explained our problem to the owner in a friendly way. She obviously felt attacked and explained that it was "only" mold and everything had been cleaned. We are sure that she hadn't heard about bedbugs for the first time. Her statements were contradictory and she became very unfriendly. We didn't get our money back. In the end, she stood in the door frame so we couldn't take any photos.
