A Safe and Memorable Dive Experience for Our Family We visited Panglao as a family of four and chose French Touch Dive Shop for our kids’ open water certification. Initially, I was unsure if they catered to English-speaking guests, but Nori was incredibly helpful via email—he answered all our questions and reassured us they have excellent English-speaking instructors. Mathieu was fantastic with our children—patient, caring, and safety-focused. Regis gave us a thorough refresher after a 5-year diving break, and we felt completely at ease. Sally at the front desk was also very kind, helping us get set up on our first day and even sharing great local restaurant tips. While other shops may have more reviews, French Touch exceeded our expectations. Our kids now love diving, and we have peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands while we explore the reef ourselves. Highly recommended for families and first-time divers!
