My first experience with freediving, and the center met all my expectations. A calm and comfortable space for the theory sessions. An instructor who speaks the same language, which avoids additional stress and helps you relax. In short, the perfect combination to get started and want to continue. I highly recommend it.
An excellent experience for three beginners and one experienced freediver during a two-day course. The center is particularly pleasant and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment and high-quality freediving gear (C4 wetsuits, carbon fins for experienced freedivers, and Falcon C4 masks). A big thank you to Pascal Huron for organizing these sessions, to May, the manager, for her kindness, and to Nicolas for his professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to adapt his teaching methods to the participants' levels. Finally, a huge thank you for the sessions at the Blue Hole—an unforgettable experience!
