We did the 3 day Freediving course with Luke as our main instructor (a few more instructors would join us when needed for the free dives, all were brilliant!). The experience was better than we could have imagined! Luke explains the theory so well, ensures you know exactly what you’re doing before you dive and makes you feel super safe and supported under the water at all times. We felt so relaxed both in and out of the sea for the whole 3 days. Highly recommend Freediving, be it for the relaxation aspect or the sport aspect, it’s just beautiful!!
My friend and I had a great time with Luke. He is a great, fun and wise teacher! We always felt safe and and the end of the course we learnt a lot about free diving and how important meditation is. He also made sure to go to new places for diving. That way we got to see amazing places in gozo as well as cool fishes!
