I completed here my beginner free diving course and it has been a wonderful experience that definitely made me want to go on on in this journey. Jack was a wonderful instructor. He was extremely kind and helpful with all the logistics, and he guided us smoothly through the different stages of the course (theory, dry, pool and lake), explaining things in a very simple and easy to understand way. Also, the lake is wonderful, the tea house is lovely and offers really good food, which is a plus. It was fun!

The Wave 1 course gave me the tools to hit my personal goals, and I reached a new PB depth in just two days. As a keen spearo, I can’t stress enough how important it is to understand the safety side of freediving and feel confident helping your dive buddy if something goes wrong. Jack was an awesome instructor and super encouraging with everyone on day one. The lake day was unreal — such a beautiful spot and perfect chill vibes. Will, my instructor for the second day, explained everything in a calm and easy way, and honestly without his knowledge and experience I don’t think I would’ve reached my target depth. If you want to feel safer, more confident, and more capable in the water, I can’t recommend this course enough.
