I took the Molchanovs Wave 1 course with Freedive Tioman, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The pre-departure information was clear and well-organized, and Kat was incredibly patient and helpful in answering all my questions before the course began. During the course, our instructor Aaron struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional. He created a calm, supportive environment that made learning both enjoyable and effective. Freediving is as much a mental journey as it is a physical one, and the team did an excellent job in preparing us on both fronts.
