Freedive Perhentian

I came into Andasa Freediving Studio with zero knowledge about freediving and walked away having learned so much. The course was really enjoyable, and Instructor Howie made the whole experience amazing. He’s very patient, explains things clearly, and focuses on how you feel in the water, which made everything easy to understand even as a beginner. Although I didn’t complete my Wave 1 this time, the experience was still extremely fulfilling, and it left me even more motivated to keep improving. Highly recommend for anyone curious about freediving!

I had such a fantastic experience with Freedive AndRasa! 🌊 A huge thank you to K and especially to Howie, my coach, for the warm welcome and the truly excellent session. 🙏🏼 As an SSI Level 1 freediver who hadn’t been in the water for quite a while, this was exactly what I needed. We started right from the basics, and in just two sessions (RM500), I felt my confidence and technique returning in the most relaxed and supportive environment. Howie’s calm, clear guidance and deep knowledge made it so easy to reconnect with the skills — all while having a genuinely fun and inspiring day in the water.
