I just finished my AIDA 2 course with Vivi and Sanghee and both did such a great job together teaching me about freediving. Vivi explained everything very thoroughly and gave great feedback on what I needed to work on. Sanghee also helped me fix some bad habits and was very supportive helping me overcome my fear. Money well spent

I completed my AIDA2 course and had a great experience. The school is very professional and well organized, and everything was clearly explained. Tom’s initial briefing was clear and detailed, and all the instructors were competent and focused on safety. A special thanks to Niko for his patience and support — he really helped me push past my limits. During the final fun dive we were diving more independently, and since we were already quite tired, having the instructor in the water with us would have made it feel even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Amazing freediving experience in Koh Tao! Very professional instructors with clear and precise explanations of the theory. I especially appreciated the personal guidance, my instructor worked with me one-on-one and really helped me improve. Niko and Rafael were friendly, funny, and highly professional. The whole group had a great time. Highly recommended!
