Fluid Focus Freedive Lembongan | Freediving Bali

I did my Level 1 in September with Ria and she was amazing. I started with zero breath-hold skills, asthma, and ADHD, so I was honestly a bit nervous. But she was incredibly patient, explaining everything clearly and always making sure I understood and felt comfortable. When the water and waves were strong, she gave me the best advice — and I still apply it in everyday life today. I also discovered I’m a natural at equalizing and can even do it without pinching my nose. Now I do fun dives down to 22–25 m, which still feels amazing to me. Taking this course was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Ria is such a patient and kind coach, and she really supports every student. Now my favorite thing is diving with whales, whale sharks, sharks, and doing awra freediving. Ria is also a mermaid instructor !! Thank you again for the amazing experience and all the skills I learned ❤️

My friend and I completed our Level 1 course with Eugene, and it was an exceptional experience. Over two days, we made incredible progress that honestly surprised us both. Eugene is a real expert, not just technically skilled, but genuinely talented at teaching. His years of experience show in how he breaks down the physical and mental aspects of freediving. What impressed me most was how he guided us through the challenges with patience and clarity. The progress was remarkable: I struggled to reach 5 meters on day one, but by day two I was comfortably diving to 14 meters with much more confidence. Eugene created an environment where we could push ourselves safely while building proper technique. He’s also just a great guy to spend time with, which makes the learning process that much better. I’ll definitely be diving with Eugene again for future courses and highly recommend him to anyone looking to start or progress their freediving journey.

Just finished Level 2 Freediving and it was one of the most life changing experiences!! Eugene my instructor was extremely knowledgeable and helped me exceed my goals while making me feel comfortable:) Fluid Focus team was well organized and the place was beautiful. Highly recommended for diving with them !
