Flores Diving Centre

This is a late review, as I dived with Flores Diving about four months ago, but after diving in the different countries, this dive centre still stands out and impressed me the most. I had two separate one-day diving trips with Flores Diving, and both experiences were fantastic. On my first trip, Charles guided me and helped me with a refresher dive. He was incredibly passionate, patient, and supportive, and he also took many beautiful underwater photos videos for me, which I really appreciated. After completing a liveaboard with another operator, I chose to return to Flores Diving for another one-day trip — that decision alone says a lot. This time, Vinsen was my guide. He was very nice, calm, and responsible, with a strong focus on safety while still making the dives enjoyable and exciting. What truly makes Flores Diving different is that they genuinely enjoy diving with their guests. Every dive with them was over 50 minutes, and some even exceeded 60 minutes — something that is very hard to find elsewhere. They never rush the dives, allowing you to fully enjoy the underwater world. You truly get your money’s worth. This is the experience I did not have in my live a board dive with another operator in Komodo. Both trips were well organised, with clear briefings, and excellent dive site selection, especially good shooting skills. The personal care, and genuine passion of the team truly set Flores Diving apart. Highly recommended for anyone diving in Komodo. I would absolutely dive with them again.

I give it 5 stars, but if I could give more, I absolutely would. This dive center is exceptional. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced diver, they adapt to you with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. From the warm welcome to the guiding, from the food on the boat to the equipment, from the safety measures to the underwater sights, everything was flawless. You will not be disappointed choosing this company. I can honestly say it was one of the best diving experiences of my life. Everything was A+++ from start to finish. And you, dear diver, deserve nothing less than outstanding service so choose this company with confidence. And here’s the cherry on top: Have a dive camera? Don’t have one? Want underwater memories? They take care of everything for free. You’ll receive your photos the next day, and they’re absolutely breathtaking. I’m really happy I chose this dive center after talking with Mike, the manager. I could feel that it wasn’t just about business. They truly care about giving to the guests a great experience and making sure everyone is safe. I’ve been diving with them for a few days, and they always did their best to take me to different dive sites, which isn’t always easy depending on the currents and the divers’ levels. They also adapt the groups to make sure every diver will enjoy theirs dive. The whole team is local, which matters to me because I like to support local businesses and they bring such great vibes on the boat. Every briefing is very complete, about the dive site, the tides, the current, what we can see, you know exactly what to expect before to jump. They also consistently remind us safety rules and to protect the environment, to not damage corals and not touching anything, very inspiring for the future ✨ I really enjoyed diving with Yoram and Venche. I always felt safe with them, and they constantly made sure I was enjoying my dives. They took heaps of pictures of me and of everything I asked for, and I really appreciated their enthusiasm. Highly recommend this place! Especially for beginners as I now know that not every dive center in Labuan Bajo will do a dive check or checking divers’ level before to bring them in some challenging dive site Big thanks to the team!
