Unfortunately I did my advanced Padi Certification here and their team did not submit the paper work to Padi. I have to redo the course now at another firm which is extremely frustrating. I emailed them multiple times over the years with 0 response. Then they finally respond and do not offer anything. What a horrible and sad way to run a business that takes advantage of people not living in the area, using your service, resulting in them having no real way to hunt the company down that did not submit the paperwork. Sad experience. Sad way to run a business. Absolutely no help from them and unfortunately a waste of money.
