Fer Diving Freediving

I grew up in the water and ocean, fishing diving, and snorkeling, yet going through the course with Fer gave me a completely new sense of comfort and security. Not only was I able to explore My free diving capabilities, I was doing it in some of the coolest dive spots in the world, making it an experience truly unlike another! If you have an opportunity and the time to explore this opportunity 100% do it. I would say go as far and make a special trip just to have the opportunity to dive with Fer and get a certification!

I had an absolutely incredible time learning freediving with Fer. She truly met our small group where we were at and was able to cater her teaching for beginners, like me, and for the more experienced divers in the group. I loved that her focus throughout the experience was listening to your body and pushing yourself in a safe way. During our freediving retreat she also led us in yoga with a freediving focus involving movements specific to diving and breath holds. When we were diving, she was right there with us encouraging, giving guidance, and making sure we were safe. I would love to dive with her again in the future.
