Staff were super friendly and accommodating. I don’t think they have a lot of foreign visitors as their English materials were limited. Great experience.
Easy to book via email. Very clear communication even in English. The tour guide can only speak Japanese however, you can still feel the passion in Ito people. The entire experience is very good. Guide is extremely patient with my boys.
