The course was well-structured and tailored to individual abilities, which helped me progress quickly. The equipment provided was top-notch and safety was clearly a priority. Would very highly recommend! I did my Level 1 course with Instructor David and couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. David was very informative and supportive with all his students, no matter what experience you may or may not have. It was the perfect balance of theory as well as practical ensuring that you know exactly what you might encounter whilst diving and why you experience those things. I was so happy with my experience that I have just booked to do my level 2 course with Evolution Freediving. Once again would highly recommend! If you’re interested in doing a Freediving course, do it with these guys! 5/5!!
