This is beautiful place in Labuan Bajo. They have coffee shop with a good taste coffee, warm ambiance, nice people in there, clean place. They have a nice hotel for private room & clean bunk bed for backpakers and of course with a good price. The food is amazing taste. You should come and enjoy this place.

The boat trip itself is breathtaking with wonderful scenery, and we had a lot of fun. We travelled from Lombok to Labuan Bajo from December 24th to 27th, 2025. To help you decide whether you should book with this company or another, I'll describe a few experiences below, which were unfortunately negative in several important aspects. 1. There was never any safety briefing whatsoever. It was completely unclear to us how to react in an emergency and where the life-saving equipment was located. It is all the more concerning when you consider that there was a weather/wave warning in place for that time in that region, and another boat sank nearby at the same time, resulting in the deaths of four people. 2. We had booked a cabin with air conditioning. Unfortunately, it didn't work, and we informed the crew, who were unable to repair it. This can happen and wouldn't normally be grounds for complaint. However, the crew never followed up to see if the problem was resolved or how they could accommodate us. We inquired every day and were repeatedly put off, sometimes with the assurance that they were already speaking with the boss. When there had been no response from the company two days after the end of the trip, we emailed them requesting fair compensation. In several emails, we were then accused of not having said something at the beginning and now, unfortunately, nothing could be done. 3. On the first morning, snorkeling with whale sharks was on the agenda. This was very exciting. We noticed, however, that the whale shark was being fed the entire time. Only after later research did we discover that this has many ecological disadvantages for the endangered whale shark species. Overall, this boat tour, with the activities included, was a highlight of our trip. But because of the points I've mentioned, I would personally choose a different tour operator in the future.
