Larry and his team were amazing. Gear was great. He was very knowledgeable and goes at a slow and steady pace so you have time to look at all the cool stuff. After receiving a mask from one of the boat workers during tour A. My wife and I got to see up close the beauty hiding under the waters in El Nido. With 4 days left in El Nido, we reached out to the dive school recommended by our hostel. Our instructor ACE couldn’t have done a better job. The 1 instructor to 2 students gave us a real leg up when it came to learning and testing. His local knowledge let us see marine life that we would have missed by doing our confined training in a pool. After completing our 6 dives, we did our online learning and are both now certified divers. Since the location is further up Rizal street. I would suggest getting a couple of nights at the RedDoorz hotel located next door. I am so happy that we had this experience and I could not recommend Ace and the rest of the crew enough.

As a first-time diver, and 245 lbs heavy, it was important to me that my dive master have the patience, expertise, and encouraging attitude necessary to make my first dive a pleasant one. Larry and the crew made my day. Not only did I feel comfortable using scuba equipment for the first time, by the end I started to feel the first signs of confidence. I can't wait to train and get certified the next time I'm near open water - but until then, I have some great photos and videos from Larry's GoPro to share with my family. These are good guys. Buy with confidence.
