We booked two diving sessions and parasailing at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort in Hurghada. The parasailing, which cost €80, was cancelled due to bad weather. We understand that safety comes first, and we appreciate that the activity was not carried out in unsafe conditions. However, instead of refunding the full €80, we were given back only €40 for two people, which did not seem fair or clearly explained. We had also agreed on two dives, but in the end we only did one. We were told that the diving time would be longer to make up for this, but the dive lasted only around 30 minutes. Overall, the experience was disappointing because the service did not match what had been promised, and the refund situation was not handled properly.

Thank you, Captain Haleed for the Nitrox wreck dive. Great addition to the whole experience holiday. Food on board was always plenty and sufficient free water and soft drinks. Unfortunately, sea life and corals are not what they were 20 years ago. Prices are reasonable. I hired BCD and regulator as I dived only a few days. All good and well maintained.
