Vehicles are trash — beat up and leaking water from the ceiling. Driver was dangerous, and the first stop after your hotel pickup is a central hub where confusion reigns. When you arrive there, you’ll find out you are being charged much more than the advertised price…but by then it’s too late as you’re already stuck with them. Tour guide shouting from the front seat was inaudible in back during the drive. Nice person and reasonably knowledgeable, but poorly arranged with no microphone or anything to make it easy to hear. At the ruins, the tour guide rushed us along and provided little info beyond what was written on the placards that anyone could read. Not much time to explore. The lunch was okay, and the Mayan shaman ceremony was interesting. Lots of time at the attached gift store… The cenote was a nice spot. But you’d be way better off hiring a high quality car service and buying your own tickets. You’ll come out even on the money, and you’ll have a much nicer experience.

did the Chichén Itzá tour with my family of five and we were pleasantly surprised. I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but for what we paid, it ended up being worth it. …

We had an amazing experience with Easy Tours. Our tour consisted, museum, maya ruins, zip lining, ATV and two cenotes. We had an incredible time. A special thanks to our tour guides, Sebastian and Jermie. They made our experience unforgettable.
