Really good dive centre located in Playa del Carmen. Highly recommended! I especially wanted to get my PADI Drift Diver ‘Speciality’ course completed - Dune were really helpful and made it possible (while many other diver centres didn’t even do the course). The team were very friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived. We were very fortunate to have Celia as our Instructor for the day who made it really interesting as well as fun. Both dives were off PDC from a speedboat - seems that Dune collaborate with another dive centre closer to the beach for boat spaces to keep costs low - both centres are excellent. As an experienced diver I would certainly recommend Dune as you get fantastic Instructor attention in very small groups. Hope to dive with Dune again one day!
I had a great time diving with Dune. I received clear information before my trip, and once I arrived, I was immediately helped with everything (ranging from getting the right materials to diving-info). Transportation to the dive sites was included. I had 2 amazing guides, Mariamma and Claudio, who were very professional and very helpful. Especially for the cenote dives I was pretty nervous, since I am a new diver, but I was treated with understanding and was encouraged to learn new skills. I absolutely loved my time diving in Playa with Dune!
Really solid experience with this PADI 5-star dive center in Playa del Carmen. The team is super professional, the gear is in great condition, and everything was well organized. I appreciated that all the instructors spoke English, Spanish, and French, which made things easy for everyone in the group. I did several dives with them — local reef dives, a day trip to Cozumel, and a cenote dive. All were different and really well managed. I also joined their whale shark tour, which was a highlight — incredible to see these animals in their natural environment. If you're looking for scuba diving in Playa del Carmen with a reliable and multilingual team, this is a great option. Would definitely dive with them again.
