DivingGuru was the perfect place to get my Open water Padi, amazing instructors and friendly captains. My instructor Alexis is now not just my instructor but my true friend, the time I had completely transformed my whole holiday and experience of diving. From the start the atmosphere was welcoming and I truly felt like over the next 4 days I was going to become part of the team. This couldn’t be any truer, so much so I even came back to Unawatuna to see the team for an evening at the end of my holiday. Also a massive thanks to my captain Achu who also became a friend for life over my two days in the sea. I could not recommend higher, such a perfect balance of professionalism and fun. Once again thankyou to the DivingGuru team and especially Alexis my brother, for a truly special experience in Sri Lanka ❤️‍🔥

Just an outright awesome experience! We are doing our PADI Open Water course with Norbert who is just a gem of a human! He has a super patient, calm and gentle teaching style which i really appreciate as I'm quite hard on myself when I take too long to get something. We have completed our theory, pool dives and 2 ocean dives so far, and are completing the final 2 dives on the east coast due to my severe sea sickness, which the team were so happy to accommodate. The management team are superb, with both Norbert & Ellie being really helpful, kind and genuinely wanting you to succeed without being pushy or dismissive of fears and concerns. Thanks so much guys, see you on the east coast!
