Our snorkeling experience was absolutely wonderful – truly a dream come true! From the very beginning, everything was perfect. We saw sea turtles almost immediately after entering the water, which was such a magical and unforgettable moment. Our guide was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed us so many beautiful spots and pointed out marine life that we would never have noticed on our own. He made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the entire time. What made the experience even more special was that he took amazing photos for us, so we now have beautiful memories to look back on. We are so grateful for this fantastic experience and would highly recommend this snorkeling tour to everyone!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this diving center. One of the major issues was the lack of proper English communication skills. Clear communication is extremely important in diving, especially for safety instructions and underwater signals. However, the on ground instructions are okay if you ask twice or thrice but the underwater communication with sign language were unclear and difficult to understand, which made the entire experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The gear is outdated, the instructor’s teaching approach was not satisfactory instead of properly explaining techniques, correcting mistakes, and ensuring that students understood what they were doing wrong, the instructor merely guided us underwater without giving constructive feedback. There was little effort to improve our skills or build confidence. For beginners with basic swimming experience especially, this kind of support is essential. Considering the price paid, the overall service and instruction quality were not worth the money. I expected professional guidance, clear communication, and proper training but unfortunately, this place did not meet those expectations. I would not recommend this diving center to others. There are many better options available that provide professional instruction and better value for money.
