I took the Open Water course at this center and made the best choice! Lorenzo was an excellent instructor, professional and friendly. Congratulations also to Ryle, especially for the kindness with which he assisted me. Jamie and Dodoy accompanied me on the next two days of diving and I must also compliment them, I always felt safe and had a great time! We had an incredible experience with this dive center! Everything was perfectly organized by Bernil and Jackie, who made sure the whole trip ran smoothly from start to finish. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our dive guides — Loloy, Lorenzo, Dodoy, Rafael, Ryle, and Jamie — were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about the dive sites. They made us feel safe at all times while also ensuring we had a fun and unforgettable experience underwater. Their enthusiasm and passion for diving really made a difference. The whole team created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and you can tell they truly love what they do. We highly recommend this dive center to anyone looking for a safe, well-organized, and memorable diving adventure. We can’t wait to come back and dive with them again!

I would not recommend this dive shop if you are traveling as a couple or if you have a tight schedule. I booked with this shop on December 13 and confirmed dives for January 4–6, 2026. On January 4, our dive was canceled. They said it was due to bad weather, but we checked with other dive shops on the island and all the dive shops could go out. We even went to the pier and checked with the coast guard, and conditions were fine. Later, this shop said the real reason was that there were not enough divers. That should not be my problem—I had booked my slots weeks in advance. I checked with them again in the afternoon, and they promised we could dive at 11 a.m., but it was canceled again, blaming the weather. In the end, we managed to go scuba diving through our hotel instead.(Slam hotel ) I think all people need to know this. This is an honest review based on our real experience. Overall, this shop is very unorganized and messy for individual divers or couples. Because of this, I missed my chance to see sharks 🦈, and my plans were ruined.😠
