Mr Bao, was just amazing, took well care of us, took tons of pictures, and was fun and great English. Was also surprised the boat provided snacks, a cooked amazing lunch and sold beer and coconuts. Very punctual pickup in a small can too. 5 stars for everything 💕🙏🏼

I did a refresher dive with Shawn at Lily Phu Quoc after an eight-year break from diving, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly safe with him. Shawn is extremely safety-conscious, with clear standards that truly show in how he dives and teaches. As a rusty diver, I really appreciated his depth of knowledge, skill, and constant awareness of me throughout each dive. He monitored everything calmly and attentively without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Instead of pressure, he gave thoughtful, valid feedback that helped me improve my skills and actually enjoy the dive more. Beyond just safety, Shawn helped rebuild my confidence underwater in a way that felt supportive and empowering. I was so happy after the first day that I immediately booked a second day of diving. That second day was incredibly peaceful and calming — exactly the kind of experience that reminds you why you love diving in the first place. If you’re returning to diving after a long break, or if safety and professionalism really matter to you, I can’t recommend Shawn at Lily Phu Quoc enough.
