Dive Star

Had a great time diving in Okinawa!! Instructors were incredibly helpful and wholesome and everything went smoothly. They provide pickup and drop off which is nice and everything is very efficient. No extra waiting or anything and the dives were well lead. Did my AOW certification and I basically did the skills and then explored for the rest of the dive. Saw lots of cool fish and sharks and turtles. Instructor had a go pro and a camera so he took some really awesome photos that we all got at the end of the dives. Service was great and the instructors are really nice and welcoming. They spoke enough English to communicate effectively, and if not, it was nothing Google translate and charades couldn’t fix. Had a blast and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get in some great dives.

Great experience with my diving instructor Naoki. He makes sure that you understand everything that you need before diving. Due to his navigation skills underwater, we managed to see multiple sharks and sea turtles. Great service, I would recommend to anyone who wants to go scuba diving when on Okinawa.

Booked a 2-dive experience with Dive Star for 2 people, and had an excellent time! Takata from Dive Star was very communicative and flexible throughout the process. The dive day was excellent including being driven to the docks, gear being supplied, and instructions helpfully given. The lead (Hitomi) was very kind and very knowledgeable, showing us lots that we otherwise would have missed in the beautiful underwater scene! We got very lucky and even ran into a turtle! She took excellent photos and helped us relax by taking care of everything. At the end, one of us accidentally left something in the boat and the team was very kind and accommodating, helping us get it back! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family to dive with Dive Star!
