We love the Dive Rite brand, but this store has some bad actors working here. I paid about $650 usd to this store to order a bcd in my size. It has been weeks now and I continue to get the "its in the mail" lines. We were finally told we can pick it up today. When we arrived in the store we were told I can borrow a bcd until mine arrives...it's still in the mail. I have been given a fake tracking number for a product that is clearly not coming. I have not been issued a refund and truly believe that isn't coming my way either. I am in the process of contacting the corporate offices to see if this can be resolved. I really wanted to buy my bcd local to support the business. But like the old saying goes, no good deed goes unpunished. My recommendation, buyer beware on preorders. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENTS BELOW: I have the entire WhatsApp conversation captured that supports my initial claim. While I understand your need to smooth this over, believe me, this happened as described. If you would have reached out to me to discuss you would know this. Some people and busInesses blame the pandemic for their failures. But believe me, we are well versed in the efficiency of fedex, dhl, and ups. Fake tracking numbers? That is beyond belief.
