Choosing this dive school was hands down one of the best decisions I made. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed, safe, and genuinely cared for. The entire team is professional, organized, and incredibly passionate about what they do. A very special thank you goes to Saskia, who is truly an exceptional instructor. Her calm, patient, and confident teaching style completely took away my fears. She explains everything clearly, creates a safe learning environment, and gives you the confidence you need to fully enjoy the underwater world. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. The dives themselves were simply breathtaking. The organization was smooth, the equipment was in excellent condition, and the staff made sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared at every step. You can clearly see that safety and quality are top priorities here. This experience didn’t just give me a certification – it gave me a new passion. After comparing with many dive shops in Phuket & Koh Tao & Koh Lanta, I ended up doing my Open Water Course here. And it turned out to be a great choice! My instructor Ellis is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and trustable. Her instruction and explanation are always clear and right on point. I was lucky to be her only OW student of those dates, and she was so patient and caring with me. Everyone I’ve met there is so kind and friendly. Grateful for the good energy passing through. My girlfriend and I did the Open Water Course with Dive & Relax and couldn't have wished for a better experience. Karl was a such great instructor, who made us fall in love with diving. He explained everything very well and gave us a lot of cool tips and tricks from his years of experience. He remained calm and was always patient with us so we could relax in the water. After the dives he always took the time time to sit down with us to reflect on the dive and go over all the fish we saw. Besides all of that he was just very fun to hang out with. Also the communication with Cameron went very smoothly. He gave us a lot of details and was happy to answer all our questions before we booked. The food on the boat was very tasty and plenty. We even got fresh fruit. Even though the weather conditions were rough, the boat crew kept us safe the whole time. Big thanks to the whole Dive&Relax-crew for giving us a warm welcome into the world of diving!
