Dive Point Zanzibar

Very good dive centres the staff know all the good diving spots around very well. Used this centre to get a PADI Open Water Diver certification and was a brilliant choice to do it here. Not only are the water temperatures quite warm all year around, the sea is so clear you can see the bottom almost all the time. Un merci tout particulier à notre instructeur Clara. Takes his job very seriously when he’s not napping.

I simply couldn’t have wished for a better diving experience. Diving in the clear warm waters and beautiful reefs off And around Zanzibar’s Mnemba Island is known to be some of the best in the Indian Ocean and it certainly didn’t disappoint. It’s on many of my friends bucket lists to dive off of Mnemba Island - guys you need to come here. The water temperature of 27 degrees, viz at over 20m and the coral reefs are alive with so many different varieties of marine life and crazy fish. I’ve tried to capture some of the numerous reefs’ different species of marine life; but the photos don’t really do the reefs justice… 6 days of wonderful diving was absolutely priceless! Many thanks to my fantastic dive buddies, and the so knowledgeable Ebru for showing me the amazing underwater world around this wonderful part of the Indian Ocean. It was reassuring to know that the air cylinders used for the diving are all maintained, refurbished, tested and re-sprayed as required by the professional ‘Ocean Workshop’ on Zanzibar, a company I know well, that provides and services dive equipment across the islands.

Definitively one of the best dive centers I ever visited. Clara and all dive masters are really knowledgeble, kind and friendly. Everyone here makes his/her best to provide you most amazing dives with them. Perfect gear, perfect service, perfect organisation and on top plenty of fruits and homemade cake on board!
