Dive Adventures

When arriving in Saint Maarten, my dad and I had only completed our in class and closed water scuba training. We went to a couple dive shops and we’re very impressed with Ocean Adventures and how nice the people were. We signed up and ended up getting certified while in St. Maarten, and cannot recommend the dive shop more. All of the staff are incredibly nice and every time we dove it was in a very small group. of the four dives we did there was never more than seven people on the boat when and went out with at least three instructors.

When visiting SXM we decided to try scuba, but had no idea what was in store. We contacted Dive Adventures and they walked us through the process by completing our in class studies in one very long day, then taking us on three different dives, one closed water and two open water dives. Our classroom instructor, Jennifer was patient and explained everything until we truly understood it. Our dive instructor, Nathan, was just FANTASTIC. He was patient and helped us feel comfortable in some new and uncomfortable situations. When we come back to SXM later this year we will be back diving with Dive Adventures for sure. THANK YOU Nathan and Jen, as you have opened our eyes to the fun and exciting world of diving.

Denzel is the man! Booking two dives was very easy and there was availability. I hadn’t dove in over a year so I expressed my concerns to Denzel and he was so incredibly patient with me. The staff were so kind and patient and super friendly. The equipment was all in really good shape and everyone was so professional. We had two amazing dives and had a great time hanging out afterward. I highly recommend these guys!
