Deep Zen Freediving - Sharm el Sheikh

I may write about how high are professionalism, skills, teaching of Loïc, how incredible the spot of Sharm is and how it feels being certified at the end. But I choose not. I fully agree with each of all other reviews dealing with these topics. I want to testimony about human experience, life experience, energy fluidity, positive empowerment, and, finally, love. Loïc brought me down to my own depth. We melt passion, compassion, patience, zen meditation, effort, performance, frustration sometimes, inspiration, human life experience sharing. As consciousness must dive in unconscionness and unconsciousness in consciousness, apnea and life packaged together are a holistic process leading to a full introspection, personal and cosmic observation and realization. We ran down together the half-Way, with a hang on the tag. Now I must kick up to surface fully in tune with all experiences, skills, desires, worries, but determined. Teaching is what the student does with effort using the material provided by the master without effort. The last moment ending in a gentle hug where I felt all these coming into my body in a shot of love. One week with Loïc is that experience, my experience. As a conscious decision of life, I put it on my life trajectory. And now is part of me, forever. Overthinking, over-analyzing, separates the body from the mind (Maynard James Keenan). If you are thinking about going Freediving at all, make sure to come here for it. Loïc is an incredible instructor who approaches Freediving training in the best way possible. I came to get my Aida 2 with some of my friends and we had the best time. Loïc provides the perfect balance of fun and learning! I’ve done scuba diving before but training to free dive with Loïc was far more surreal than I would have thought. I think I have a new favourite water sport.
