Anyone coming to Cancun to do some scuba diving, I highly recommend enlisting the services of Cthulu Divers. There are many dive shops to choose from in the Cancun area. I first found Cthulu Divers from a recommendation someone provided online. Once I made my decision to go with them, I started contacting them and that was about two months before my trip to Cancun. I have been in contact with Maria who does all the administration and logistics and I gave her my requests for the dive sites I was interested in. The communication has been great. The dive guides I was assigned to, Manuel for MUSA and Manchones Reef, and Lorena for bull shark diving were great. They were very professional and safe. Another thing that Lorena and Maria informed me of, is their higher than standard safety protocols. One example was, for all others the standard ratio of divers to guide is 6 to 1. Cthulu Divers' protocol is a maximum of 4 divers to 1 guide. My experience has been top-notch and very enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about Maria, the guides, and this company.
