The resort is newly built and the road is rough. It's a bit hidden. It's located near motels (a.k.a. Kurbada) in Lipa and residences yet the neighboring places are unaware of the name &location of this resort perhaps because it's newly built. I heard that the owner is a member of the PNP force. There are no signage on the passage entry location where it can be found. It has enough road space for small vehicle/SUV. It has 3 kubo near the pool and air-conditioned rooms as well. It has a basketball amenity too, where sometimes can be used as parking space too. It also has a wide open function area where events/programs can be held.
