I purchased some trainers and I was happy with the service and trainer. However, when I got to the airport, I was informed by the tax office that Cisalfa SHOULD have given me a tax document which is stamped by them. When I asked them this at the store, they denied having any documents. REALLY ANNOYING and clearly didn’t look into what I needed.
