I got my Open Water Brevet at Cebu Fun Divers. It was a 3 day course with two dives in the pool and 4 dives in the ocean right at their doorstep. 🌊 I consider myself quite the careful person and water is not necessarily my favorite element but I felt really safe at every moment. Gaëlle my instructor always made me feel secure and never pushed me over my personal limits. She is a very patient instructor and gives you all the time you need to adapt to the new environment. 🪸🪼🐠 I can highly recommend Cebu Fun Divers! 🤿

Amazing experience with Cebu Fun Divers while doing my Open Water certification. The dive center is very well organized, with great equipment, a friendly atmosphere, and a strong focus on safety and comfort from start to finish. A special thank you to my instructor Gaëlle, who was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, professional, and incredibly encouraging throughout the entire course. Her clear explanations, calm attitude, and passion for diving made learning both easy and fun. I always felt safe and well supported in the water. Couldn't have asked for a better instructor! Would love to dive with her again in the future.

I just finished my Open Water certificate today and it was honestly the best experience I could wish for. We opted to stay in Cebu Seaview Dive Resort which is basically where the dive shop is and I really recommend doing that. It's convenient because you literally walk 20m from your room to training pool and also to private beach from which you go diving. Regarding my course, we were just 2 guys enrolled and basically had 2 instructors. Toshi as main instructor and Cesar as assistant instructor. Both were incredible guys and really professional divers. Toshi explained us everything really well, nothing was rushed and we did all the skills multiple times in pool and open water until we really felt confident in doing them. Thank you guys a lot! From what I have heard from my friends doing their OW in places like Koh Tao where you have more students per instructor ratio and not much time do things repetitively I think it's much better to do the course in places like Cebu Fun Divers where they really make sure you become a good, confident and most importantly a safe diver. So thank you Toshi and Cesar again and I wish you all the best. See you down there 🫶👌
