Casa Escondida Anilao Resort & Dive Center

Met and booked with Eloi and Laika during MIDE 2025 at KLCC, Malaysia, and honestly had such a great experience from start to end. From day one, the whole team was super warm and welcoming, office staff, our awesome DM Lawrence, Captain Dong, Arnold on the boat, and all the cafeteria crews!! My partner and I felt at home straight away. They took such great care of us, making sure we were well fed (the food was absolutely delicious!) and well looked after. I was feeling unwell during the trip, and the team truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to recover. The diving was 🔥. We saw amazing critters like flamboyant cuttlefish, hairy frogfish, and many more (too many to list here 😂). Lawrence is insanely good at spotting stuff and is always cheerful and fun to dive with. 10/10 experience, definitely 100% coming back again! 🤿🌊💙

We are just walking around and got thirsty and we walked in this restaurant to have a beer. After drinking we asked for the bill, guess what, you have to go upstairs in the hotel where is the Admin office to pay for the bill. Like far away to the restaurant, i have to walk there sweating like hell. After that i am thirsty again! Normally the waitress will come and bring it to your table right? But its another world, they even need to print out the receipt. So if you want to ruin your day. Go here.

Rooms are clean. Im usually particular with the bathroom and its good for its price. The hot shower is a bit weak but it's okay. Not PWD friendly because of the number of stairs. Service wise - very accomodating, always available Location - great place for a dive trip since its right beside the sea. Diving equipments are easily accessible and clean. Food - cheap and good. it feels home cooked so thats good. Pool area is great for resting and practice dives.
