I want to share my experience here in Casa Carlita with my family because we enjoyed spending our family time here.I recommend having an advanced booking so you don't have to worry when you have some gatherings. The food is amazing, the place is quiet and cozy, the staff is very friendly and you can relax even with your own but I reco if you have special someone, especially this Christmas 🫶💗

We booked this resort for a company event based on their online photos, but the actual experience was very different. The chairs were flimsy and unsafe, and three guests fell during the event. Management later admitted over the phone that the chairs used were not intended for guests, which is extremely concerning. Sanitation was also poor, red ants were present in the pavilion, insects were found on beddings, and the utensils provided were unsanitary. When these issues were raised, staff were dismissive and did not take accountability. After formally escalating to management, they offered only a 10% refund, which did not reflect the seriousness of the safety and hygiene issues. They can keep their money. I just hope no other customers will experience this. They ruined a supposedly relaxing event. The venue was not as advertised and not safe for events. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place.
