We completed two dives with Cesar and his team at Caribbean Divers in Cozumel—my 12-year-old son and I. I had experience as a diver in my younger years but had not dived for over 20 years, while this was my son’s first diving experience. The team at Caribbean Divers provided a thorough safety briefing during the boat ride to the reef. Once on site, we completed the necessary exercises to ensure we were comfortable in the water before slowly descending to the reef. From that moment on, it became one of the best days we have had in a long time. The divemaster was attentive and professional throughout both dives, ensuring my son and I were safe at all times and guiding us through the skills we needed to feel confident underwater. We completed two dives at two different reefs, both of which were exceptional from the very beginning. We saw nurse sharks, turtles, stingrays, eagle rays, and a wide variety of tropical fish. I would highly recommend Caribbean Divers and Cesar’s team, and we will definitely be returning for more dives in the future.
