My husband and I recently completed a two-day freediving course with them, and we were extremely impressed. Martin is incredibly knowledgeable/skilled and kind, always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. John and Daniela, the owners, greeted us on the first day, and John checked in with us each day, which made us feel supported and welcomed. The team prioritised safety while also helping us build confidence in the water. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable experience, and we are very grateful for their guidance and care. My daughter and I had the most incredible snorkeling experience today with Cape Town Free Diving, and it’s one I’ll be talking about for a long time. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, the team’s professionalism was clear—they were organized, friendly, and made sure we felt completely prepared before getting into the water. Our guide, Rex, was exceptional. His knowledge of the ocean and the local marine life made the experience both educational and unforgettable. He pointed out different sea creatures with genuine enthusiasm, sharing fun facts and making sure we didn’t miss a thing. What really stood out was how attentive he was throughout the entire trip. He constantly checked in to make sure my daughter and I felt comfortable, safe, and confident—something any parent truly appreciates. Cape Town Free Diving delivered an experience that was equal parts adventure and reassurance. Thanks to Rex, we were able to relax, explore, and enjoy the underwater world together.
