Huge thanks to Marc, our amazing marine biologist guide, for an unforgettable tour of False Bay! His passion and genuine dedication helped us discover the local wildlife in the best possible way — from seals, penguins, dolphins, and cormorants to the breathtaking encounter we had while snorkeling with a gigantic ray in the middle of a kelp forest. Marc’s enthusiasm is truly contagious, and his commitment to ecological preservation makes the whole experience even more meaningful. Thanks from France for this incredible adventure! 🌊🇫🇷

We had so so much fun! The weather was sunny that day but our tropical asses did freeze once when we waded into the 16°C water, all dressed up and looked so ready! Our guides were very cool 🤙🏾, she was very informative and experienced. we watched her freedive into the seabed to point out all the beautiful stars, urchins, conch, octopus 🐙 and sea fans! She even spotted an electric ray for us to see! 🎉 The kelp forest was so beautiful and it felt magical, floating on the surface bobbing with the waves, watching the kelp danced with the sun rays shining through the water. It was more beautiful than I have expected… a Must-do.

I went snorkeling in Simon’s Town today for the very first time, and it was absolutely incredible! Everything about the experience was perfect. The guide was truly amazing – super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout. As a first-time snorkeler, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the guide was so patient and encouraging. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was confident before getting into the water. Once we were out there, the underwater world was stunning – so much marine life, beautiful kelp forests, and crystal-clear water. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to snorkeling. It was such a magical experience, and I’m already looking forward to doing it again. Highly recommend to anyone – especially first-timers!
