Very very bad! My first contact was great, professional and fast. I received a payment demand of 46 usd for the 2 way trip. Which I paid and received confirmation. I printed everything out to have all the info with me for travels. My plane arrived at 12:25, by the time I went thru customs and baggage claim. It was 1: 25. I received WhatsApp confirmation that my driver left at 12:53. Long story short it took over 2.5 hours before I got a driver but 2 things. They wanted me to pay extra for no show and also in the printed docs. The modified the contract asking for another 29 usd. The driver who brought us to the resort was claming the initial 49 usd plus 20 for the no show. I showed him I paid roundtrip ahead and I owed him nothing. I found on the phone with a representative. She didn't want to hear nothing! I can say that to return to the airport no one picked me up and I had to get another transfer... more money. Keep in mind that I lost 4 hours on my travel day for this ordeal. 0 recommended company
