Calypso Diving Koh Tao

Calypso Diving is an amazing place! It is the best choice to get my Open Water and join the diving world at Calypso! Pierre is a very professional, calm, and experienced instructor! The courses and trainings with him leaves me a positive and relaxing experience for the first couple of dives as a beginner! Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. The vibe is so chill and personal. Besides, Fun dives on the Boat went extremely smoothly despite there were 18 people onboard. It is all because they are very well organized, experienced, relaxed and supportive!

Highly recommend. I had an amazing experience completing my open water certification with Calypso! Calypso is in a beautiful location with kind staff and an overall great feel to the whole dive shop. My instructor Pierre did a great job at making me feel safe in the water, ensuring my equipment fit me well, and showing us marine life! From our first dive were among the corals and fishes in the sheltered bay. Can’t wait to be back!

Melany was a phenomenal instructor, patient and kind. The reefs off the dive shop in Tanote Bay are fantastic—no need to take a boat! The shop is very warm, caring, kind, and flexible. It has a laid back yet professional atmosphere. I liked especially how it is away from the craziness of the main town part of Koh Tao.
