Absolutely stunning customer service, reply time is super fast, replies are detailed, structured, and in superb English - they took good care of all our special requests and made them reality! Even for activities outside kota kinabalu(semporna area), they provide services and do full package arrangements with just a tiny amount of top-up (almost too tiny to be fair
