My wife and I are Advanced Open Water divers, and we completed 9 dives with Bohol Divers Club Dive Center in Alona Beach. Even during a very busy week due to Chinese New Year, the entire operation was extremely well organized and the diving experience was excellent. Groups were carefully arranged according to divers’ certification and experience level, with a maximum of four divers per guide. This made a huge difference in terms of safety, comfort, and overall enjoyment underwater. Our guide, Arnold, was outstanding. Beyond being very friendly and professional, he has exceptional knowledge of the local dive sites. He made us feel completely safe at all times and consistently pointed out interesting marine life and small details we might otherwise have missed. The rental equipment we used was in good condition and well maintained. The boats were comfortable and well managed, and the food served between dives was surprisingly delicious — a very nice touch on full dive days. They offer Nitrox if requested the day before. While we found the price a bit on the higher side, the availability is definitely a plus for those planning multiple dives. Overall, we highly recommend Bohol Divers Club Dive Center for both beginner and experienced divers. A very professional and reliable operation in Alona Beach.
