Booked a open water dive with blue markings sengiggi and it was great. There were 6 of us total our on boat and the guides were very good and followed all safety protocols. I was able to organize and book the dive in advance and they picked us up promptly at our hotel as discussed. It was an unforgettable experience ! We saw other boats that had 40+ divers but with our experience it was more of a smaller catered to our diving levels. It felts more like a private dive allowing us to have a great time!

the lady works here is verry rude and ignorant. everytime our family asks for the detail trip, she keeps ignoring and asks us to come to the office. actually i’ve been there with my family in the morning but she told us to contact via whatsapp 😅 i think she’s lazy to explain the trip. we are the hotel guests and we are not happy to be treated this way. at the first time we come to the office in the morning, we are the one who greets her with “selamat pagi” and she’s not even make an eye contact and not even seat us. even though she’s not busy with another guests (another guests are being helped by her frieds who is verry polite to us) now i know why lombok is the least crowded from another tourist destination in indonesia. dear embak embak who treats us like shhhh, we are actually a spender and never books hotel except for a 5⭐️ for our family trips. you make a wrong move today 🙏🏼 i wish you always treat all customers well in the future :) (if you still have a job)

Super nice fine experience with this company, my 2 sons got their Padi here. Quietly and patiently they got the right explanations in the pool and were able to do their theory. Then went to Gili T to do their first dives up to 12 meters, the day after again on Gili T did their 2 dives up to 18 meters. Thanks for the patience and explanation at Holiday Resort, special thx to Paul👌 Super fine instructor who we can definitely recommend. (No rusch en safe) Unfortunately still a negative point😉, what they have seen during these 4 dives they are very spoiled. 🤣👌🏻 What nice dives these were 🐢🐙💃🦂 🦈
