Blue Marlin Dive - Gili Trawangan

We loved our discover scuba diving with Instructor Melissa! We got used to being underwater and practised our skills in the pool before going out in the ocean. We felt safe the whole time and really enjoyed the experience! We saw a sea turtle and loads of fish. The boat crew were also lovely and the food was nice. Dhio was our videographer and captured some amazing videos and photos. Thank you Blue Marlin!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional diving experience – highly recommended! I had an amazing experience diving with Blue Marlin Dive Gili Trawangan, and a huge part of that was thanks to my instructor, Aadya Bajpai. From the very beginning, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and a strong focus on safety. Aadya was an outstanding instructor — calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable at every step, and built my confidence both on the surface and underwater. Her ability to balance safety with encouragement really stood out, and it made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The dive centre itself is excellent: well-organised, friendly staff, high-quality equipment, and very smooth operations overall. You can tell they take safety and training seriously while still keeping the vibe relaxed and fun. The dives were unforgettable, and I walked away with great memories and much more confidence as a diver. If you’re planning to dive in Gili Trawangan, I highly recommend Blue Marlin Dive — and if you get the chance to dive with Aadya, you’re in very good hands. Would absolutely dive with them again! 🌊🤿

We were a group of four who came to Blue Marlin Dive for our very first scuba diving experience, and it honestly turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to Gili Trawangan! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and comfortable. Initially, Macy( instructor) guided us through the theory and conducted the pool session. Everything was explained clearly - diving hand signals, safety procedures, and what to expect underwater. During the pool training, Macy were extremely patient and attentive, constantly guiding and correcting us until we felt confident and ready. For the actual dive, my instructor was Karo, and she was absolutely amazing. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly supportive, which made a huge difference - especially as a first-timer. She made sure I was at ease the entire time and checked in frequently, which really helped me relax and enjoy the experience. Our dive site was the Sunset Dive Site at Gili Trawangan, and it was simply magical. The underwater world was beautiful, filled with vibrant marine life, and it truly felt surreal being down there for the first time. A big thank you to Karo and Macy for making this such a memorable experience for us. If you’re looking to try scuba diving( especially as a beginner ) I cannot recommend Blue Marlin Dive enough. A wonderful first dive experience that we’ll always remember!
