Blue Heaven Divers

Blue Heaven Divers was appropriately priced and had very high quality dive equipment with friendly and helpful staff that were very accommodating of us. My group of 5 friends took out Advanced Open Water certification (SSI) with Ian and had a blast (Deep, Navigation, Shipwreck, Night, and Perfect Buoyancy). The currents in March were light and surface conditions were mild to slightly choppy so would recommend motion-sickness pills for boat dives. Saw lots of smaller creatures like cuttlefish, two sea turtles, pufferfish, crabs, and a skittish stingray. Overall, we would definitely recommend Blue Heaven Divers to those interested in diving in Tioman, as they have well-maintained, quality equipment for rental and very experienced dive instructors and dive masters.

I just concluded my rescue course with Blue Heaven Divers. Ian, my instructor, and Manon, my dive master, was a pleasure to dive with. We did several rescue simulations together and actively discussed why certain procedures are the way they are. There is a strong culture of learning at the dive centre, yet, it didn’t feel mundane — it was actually engaging as we practiced the theory. Everyone is always smiling and bantering, so the course didn’t just feel like training - it felt like diving with friends! The equipment was well maintained as well. You could see that they go the extra mile to ensure your comfort (their BCs have octopus holders, people were given computers even during fun dives). Aki and Aiko have been incredibly accommodating, as they have also managed to find time for me to do fun dives while I was doing the course. Not to mention, them sending me pictures after my trip via Email, while also handling my accommodation is beyond fantastic. I still fondly remember the coffee they prepared for us when I was near the end of my stay. I highly recommend diving with them for a fun and memorable dive!

Had some amazing experiences meeting divers around the world here. My dear friend Zora suggested the center! The owner Aiko is so kind and organized. Aiko helped me planning my trip with the dive schedules. I would suggest to book the trip ahead of time so Aiko can give some professional suggestions based on the season and your dive experience. I planned my trip a month ahead. Everything went smoothly. The staffs were focus, professional and never late which is a huge plus compared with other diver centers I've been to. I want to give a huge shoutout to my PADI instructor Maria:) She's more than capable of answering all my concerns or even scientific questions about diving and the equipments. I can feel she is not only an instructor but truly trying her best to help me reach my best ability during my advanced open water courses. For example, she would constantly ask about my comfort level apon the course and challenge me with extra little tasks. I felt safe with her underwater. Truly felt the skills Maria taught me were customized to my level and it was so easy to communicate with her. Also had great time knowing SSI instructor Ian during the fun dives! He's definitely a pro when it comes to buoyancy and helped me to lessen my weights during each dive. It helped massively!!
