Blacktip Scuba Phi Phi

I had a good experience at Blacktip. It is quite a small centre on Long Beach attached to the resort with 2 dive masters and supporting staff on boat. Obviously in peak times, there is a lot to do for them but we had good experience diving with both. Did not have great visibility but i thought we were taken good care of, dives were safe and we were looked after. Good communications and rather chilled atmosphere. If I stayed on the Long Beach, I would dive with Blacktip Scuba again.

An Incredible First Diving Experience! I had an amazing experience with Blacktip Diving School as a beginner diver. From the very first message, the communication was excellent, and the training was clear, supportive, and confidence-boosting. The entire team was exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. A huge thank you to our instructor Luiza, who made the experience unforgettable. She was patient, calm, and incredibly encouraging, helping us feel safe and prepared every step of the way. The confined water training in the pool gave us a solid foundation, and the open water dives were absolutely stunning. The small group setup made a huge difference—it allowed for more personal attention, a relaxed atmosphere, and a safer, more enjoyable experience overall. We also really appreciated the kind and helpful boat captain who made everything smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful to Blacktip for introducing me to the diving world. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personal and unforgettable diving experience!

We had an incredible experience at Blacktip Scuba! The instructors were knowledgeable, experienced and very patient. Our ocean dives were amazing! As a first time diver, I was nervous and needed a lot of support. My instructor explained everything clearly and in a reassuring way that allayed my fears. We saw lion fish, reef sharks, lion fish, clown fish, cuttle fish, sea cucumbers, sea urchins, angel fish and even a sea horse! We had such a memorable time that we are going back in April! Thank you to the incredible team at Blacktip Scuba, in particular Zoe and Gerald.
