Guaranteed spot to see turtles while snorkeling in the mornings from 7 AM to 10AM. Some other decent fish life to see as well. Enter the water in sandy areas and swim towards the rocks across than entering in the rocky areas. At sunset there is a cliff diving ceremony as well everyday. Occasionally you may see monk seals basking in the beach if lucky. Remember to keep your 10 feet distance from the turtles.

There is a nice walking path from the main hotels. Lovely walk. Then arriving to this place is rewarding. This is a public beach with plenty of area to sit. Not shades at the area unless you sit very close to the rock. …

What a gorgeous place! Snorkeling was calm and amazing here. And the shaved ice place around the corner is the best. Parking sucks though. 😅 I ended up parking at Whalers Village, which is very expensive. If you want to get any of the free, public parking, go early. Or stay at the Sheraton. …
