Big Fish Diving Lembongan

Very pleasant diving experience with Big Fish. I’ve contacted quite a few dive shops before I came to Nusa Lembongan and very happy with my final choice. Receptionist Yassy took time to know about me over WhatsApp and very patient to answer all my questions. They don’t push you to make any decision but lay all the facts for you so you know what to expect and what’s the best for yourself. I did a refresher course with Arbi before my boat dive on next day; he was professional, attentive and clear in his instructions, helping me restore confidence for diving again after five years long break. The boat trip was set for three dives, but I felt unwell after second dive and decided to stop. They honoured my decision no questions asked. Throughout the trip, it was fun and I was well looked after both above and under the water. The crew was very helpful too when it comes to assemble gears and coming back to the boat after dive. The shop was well run by the local Indonesians with Bali laidback style. I felt home the moment I saw them. I’d love to come back for more dives in the future with them.

Really grateful to the Big Fish Diving team for such incredible guidance and support. Because of them, I was able to experience open-water scuba diving for the first time and honestly, words fall short of what I saw and explored underwater. The instructors are highly professional, patient, and truly passionate about what they do, which made the entire experience feel safe and unforgettable. I would’ve loved to stay back and complete the full course, but my trip was coming to an end. That said, I’ll definitely be back, because if you’re diving for the first time (or even otherwise), this is hands down one of the best teams to learn with. — AB, INDIA

I completed my Open Water Dive course with Big Fish and had Gede as my instructor. The staff were amazing throughout the whole process from the initial deposit, throughout the E Learning process and once I’d arrived in Lembongan providing daily information of meeting times and even providing a delicious lunch after the dives. I was lucky enough to be the only person completing my open water course at the time so got 1 on 1 instruction from Gede who is an absolute legend and great teacher. Being only the two of us he was able to match his teaching approach to the speed I was able to pick up the skills without skipping any detail. We completed a pool session on day 1 going over all the equipment and basics and we were out in the ocean for 2 dives each on days 2 and 3, seeing everything from an endless variety of fish species, Turtles, Octopus and much more. I can’t thank the guys at Big Fish enough for an unbelievable experience getting my scuba qualification.
